Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager responsible for defining the product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and driving prioritization of features and enhancements that improve customer acquisition, onboarding efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision
    • Define and communicate a clear product vision for online banking and mobile app experiences aligned with business goals.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, customer expectations, and regulatory changes.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization
    • Own and maintain the product roadmap for online and mobile banking.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Product Development
    • Lead requests with our development team and vendors through the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
    • Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Customer Experience & Optimization
    • Continuously analyze user behavior, conversion metrics, and feedback to identify friction points and opportunities.
    • Champion seamless, intuitive, and compliant digital experiences.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner with marketing, sales, compliance, and operations to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
    • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Regulatory & Risk Management
    • Ensure the platforms meet applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to proactively address risk and policy changes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in banking or fintech.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Proven track record of managing digital banking channels and mobile app.
    • Familiarity with core banking systems, APIs and third-party platforms.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience in workflow optimization.

Salary Minimum: $99,047.10 - Salary Max: $148,530.16


The range listed is just one component of Leader Bank’s total compensation package for team members. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, commissions, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
