To thrive/succeed as the Marketing Officer, you should be able to:        

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive core deposit growth, strengthen brand awareness, and support the bank's long-term business objectives.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and community channels while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations to expand deposit opportunities and enhance market presence.
  • Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, enhance customer experience, and achieve sustainable growth.

What you'll need as the Marketing Officer:        

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field 
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within financial services or community banking 
  • Strong writing, design, and digital marketing skills 
  • Understanding of community banking markets and customer behavior 
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements for bank marketing, including social media interactions 
  • Demonstrated track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies 
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
