  • Hunt & Close: Actively prospect, cold-call, and build relationship pipelines across target sectors including Plumbers, HVAC contractors, Property Managers, Insurance Adjusters, Home Inspectors, and Commercial Facilities.
  • Manage Territory Growth: Execute an account plan (Protect top accounts, Grow existing clients, and Hunt new prospects) across your assigned territory.
  • Drive Field Activity: Maintain strong field visibility by field stops, direct meetings, and Lunch-and-Learns.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: Represent Rainbow Restoration at regional networking events, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Pipeline Management: Log daily touchpoints and track opportunities using software tools.
