Job Summary: 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Associate to join our snowboard shop team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes snowboarding and enjoys helping customers find the right gear for their mountain adventures.

Job Specifications:  

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr  

  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027  

  • Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available 

  • Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age  

  • Housing Availability: No 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and understanding their needs
  • Help guests find the right snowboard gear and apparel for their adventures
  • Share product knowledge and technical expertise to ensure customers make informed decisions
  • Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
  • May include other duties such as cashiering, rentals, or assisting other departments

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; including weekend and holidays.
  • Passion for snowboarding, mountain culture, or an interest in learning about snowboard equipment, brands, and technology
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods                                                             

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
