Physical Therapist Assistant - (Full-Time)
Medford, OR
CareNational is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time contract with a respected Long-Term Care/Post-Acute Rehab facility in Medford, OR. This is a great opportunity for a licensed PTA looking to provide hands-on support in improving patient mobility and independence in a structured rehab setting.
Pay Details:
$36.73 - $38.53

Onsite | Rehab Department - Long-Term Care / Post-Acute Facility
Position Details:
Location: Medford, OR
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Shift: Variable Schedule | 5 x 8-Hour Shifts
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Type: Full-Time Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Certification Requirements:
  • Physical Therapist Assistant License - Oregon (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Required)
Skill Requirements:
  • Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Oregon
  • Ability to carry out treatment plans developed by a licensed PT
  • Strong clinical and documentation skills
