You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise nursing staff, and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department to ensure optimal resident care.
  • Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans.
