Assistant Property Manager

$22-$25/hour + Monthly Renewal Commission
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, plus 1-2 Saturdays/month, 10:00 AM-4:00 PM

Union at Cooper Hill Apartments is hiring an experienced, organized, and resident-focused Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and help drive leasing, occupancy, renewals, collections, and resident satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
Leasing & Occupancy
  • Drive leasing activity and maintain strong occupancy
  • Maximize renewals and resident retention
  • Support and mentor leasing consultants
  • Lead leasing efforts when needed

Financial & Administrative
  • Assist with rent collections and delinquency management
  • Generate renewal and operational reports
  • Maintain accurate, compliant resident files
  • Manage office supply inventory

Resident Relations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resident experiences
  • Respond to resident concerns and service requests
  • Help create a positive, welcoming community

Operations & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws
  • Support marketing efforts and listing accuracy
  • Assume leadership responsibilities when the Property Manager is absent

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of multifamily property management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong leasing, renewal, and rent collection experience
  • Yardi and Microsoft Office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing and applicable regulations
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
