About Siegfried
As an Associate Civil Engineer at Siegfried, you will play a key role in supporting project management and technical design efforts for both public infrastructure and private development projects. You will assist in coordinating projects, ensuring design quality and compliance, and mentoring junior staff. This position provides an opportunity to develop leadership and management skills while contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and design infrastructure projects with oversight of schedules, budgets, and contract fees

  • Collaborate with principals, marketing, and technical staff on proposals and project delivery

  • Mentor junior engineers and technicians to foster professional growth

  • Participate in recruiting, fee negotiations, and billing reviews

  • Promote and maintain design standards and quality assurance processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
