We are seeking an HRIS Techno-Functional Analyst to support, configure, and optimize our SAP SuccessFactors environment. This role combines business analysis, application support, system configuration, and technical integrations to support corporate HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Partner with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional designs and process workflows.
  • System Configuration: Configure core SuccessFactors modules, business rules, workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
  • Application Support: Provide tier-2/3 system troubleshooting, issue resolution, release management, and routine maintenance.
  • Integrations & Data: Maintain interfaces, data transformations, OData API connections, and system reporting.

Technical & Tooling Ecosystem

  • Core Configuration: Admin Center, Provisioning, Business Rules Engine (MDF / XML), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Metadata Framework (MDF).
  • Integrations & APIs: SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Integration Center, OData / REST APIs, Compound Employee API, SFTP.
  • Extensions & Customization: SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Extension Center, XML Data Models.
  • Analytics & Scripting: Stories in People Analytics, Canvas Reports, basic JavaScript/SAPUI5 (BTP extensions), and SQL.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on techno-functional SAP SuccessFactors experience (Employee Central focus preferred).
  • Enterprise Scale: Prior experience working in a large enterprise environment is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proven proficiency in SuccessFactors module configuration, XML editing, and API/integration management.
