The Associate Developer & Business Analyst serves as an entry-level technology professional responsible for supporting application development, business process analysis, and technology initiatives across the organization. This role combines foundational software development skills with business analysis capabilities to help deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and support strategic business objectives.

Working closely with Business Technology Partners, developers, infrastructure teams, Information Security, and business stakeholders, the Associate Developer & Business Analyst will assist with gathering requirements, documenting business processes, developing and testing solutions, supporting business applications, and participating in the full software development lifecycle.

Business Analysis & Requirements Support

  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements from stakeholders.

  • Support project documentation, status reporting, and project tracking activities.
  • Assist with governance, audit, compliance, and documentation requirements.
  • Ensure work products follow established IT standards, procedures, and documentation practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Master of Science in Computer Science or related technical field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in software development, business analysis, application support, or technology-related roles. Internships considered
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and software development fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Exposure to one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
