Work you'll do

As a Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead shop floor digitization and operational excellence initiatives across production, quality, maintenance, and inventory processes
  • Lead Manufacturing Execution System (MES) configuration, implementation, and integration with enterprise resource planning, automation, and data platform environments
  • Lead testing, deployment, hypercare, training, and user adoption activities across project delivery phases
  • Support process integration, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and delivery of Smart Factory and digital supply chain solutions
  • Contribute to Deloitte's practice development through knowledge sharing, innovation, and support for complex client challenges

You will work closely with operations leaders, plant managers, and IT teams to design and implement solutions that enhance production efficiency, quality, visibility, and traceability across the manufacturing value chain.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in core manufacturing processes, plant floor equipment, and plant operations
  • 3+ years of experience with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) configuration and implementation
  • 3+ years of experience leading systems integration
  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), Microsoft Power BI, and data architecture
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience with electronic batch records, genealogy and traceability, or non-conformance management
  • Experience with industrial automation platforms, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and process historians
  • Experience presenting technical concepts to business and technical audiences
  • Experience leading project teams in a client service environment
  • Experience configuring, maintaining, and resolving centralized collection systems using communication protocols such as Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture/Data Access (OPC-UA/DA) and Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.
