Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support manufacturing operations. This role focuses on improving production efficiency, integrating systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines on Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, Azure Functions)
  • Integrate NetSuite (SuiteAnalytics / ODBC / APIs) and HubSpot (APIs / Webhooks) into Azure data platform
  • Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for finance, sales, and marketing data
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
  • Build and optimize data models for reporting and analytics (Power BI or similar)
  • Implement real-time / near real-time data flows where needed
  • Collaborate with business teams (Finance, Sales, Ops) to translate requirements into scalable solutions
  • Monitor pipelines and troubleshoot performance issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in software development (typically 2–5+ years)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or similar
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (ADF, Synapse, Data Lake, Azure SQL)
  • Proficiency in Python, Javascript and SQL
  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms (NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar CRM/ERP)
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data ingestion patterns

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect (ODBC)
Experience with HubSpot APIs and data models

Work Environment/Physical Demands

  • Work is performed in an open office environment that allows for collaboration inside and outside of your department.
  • You must be able to operate standard office equipment (desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, etc.).
