These full-time roles offer fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks, giving you stable, consistent scheduling and true work–life balance. What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in crisis and inpatient behavioral health units
  • Support individuals through detoxification and crisis stabilization
  • Complete comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Assist with discharge planning and coordination of community resources
  • Maintain a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment
  • Accurately document care and interventions in the EMR
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (required)
  • BLS certification (required)
  • Experience in crisis and/or inpatient behavioral health (required)
  • Ability to work fixed Day or Night 3×12 block schedules
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and de-escalation skills
  • Open to experienced RNs and passionate new graduates
