What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide direct nursing care in a behavioral health crisis and stabilization environment

  • Complete assessments, medication administration, and clinical documentation

  • Support patients experiencing psychiatric crises, substance use disorders, withdrawal, and detox symptoms

  • Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately during high-acuity situations

  • Collaborate closely with therapists, providers, case managers, behavioral health techs, and support staff

  • Help maintain a safe, therapeutic, recovery-focused environment for patients and staff

Ideal Background

  • Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)

  • Comfortable working 12-hour day or night shifts
