Midas is seeking a skilled and motivated Shop Foreman to oversee daily shop operations, support technician development, and ensure every vehicle leaves our bays in top shape. You’ll lead by example, provide guidance to the tech team, and keep workflow smooth and productive.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support the technician team to maintain high-quality standards
  • Oversee workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Perform diagnostics and repair work as needed
  • Communicate clearly with the service team to ensure timely job completion
  • Mentor technicians and assist with training and ASE certification growth
  • Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills
  • Proven leadership ability in a shop environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
