We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Auto Detail Shop Manager to lead our detailing department. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy leading a team, and want to grow with a supportive, family-run dealership—this is the opportunity for you.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the detail shop
  • Manage and motivate a team of detail technicians
  • Ensure high-quality interior and exterior vehicle detailing
  • Schedule workflow and maintain efficiency
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Uphold dealership standards and customer satisfaction
