About Black Butte Ranch
Black Butte Ranch is a destination resort in Central Oregon, surrounded by Cascade mountain views, Ponderosa pines, and a strong sense of community. Set across 1,800 acres, the Ranch features championship golf courses, lodging, restaurants, pools, spa, trails, a private lake, and year-round recreation.
Working here means being part of a collaborative team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences in one of the Pacific Northwests most beautiful settings.


The Pub at Black Butte Ranch is a popular, seasonal dining destination with stunning mountain views. We are seeking an experienced Front of House Supervisor to lead daily operations, support staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. This role plays a key part in maintaining service standards, training team members, and creating a seamless guest experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support servers, bussers, and counter staff during service

Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure high service standards

Greet guests and resolve concerns professionally and promptly

Train, coach, and mentor team members

Manage floor operations including table assignments and service pacing

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth execution

Complete closing paperwork, cash handling, and shift reporting

Maintain cleanliness and ensure health and safety compliance

Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and administrative tasks


QUALIFICATIONS

Prior restaurant leadership experience required

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage cash and complete reports accurately

Calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
