Guest Experience & Communication

Deliver consistently warm, professional, and empathetic communication with guests at every stage of their stay.

Serve as a primary point of contact for guest questions, concerns, and support—especially when issues arise.

Actively listen to guests, acknowledge concerns, and communicate clearly and confidently.

Maintain thorough, accurate notes in our systems to ensure seamless communication across teams.

Troubleshoot issues calmly and effectively, offering practical solutions while maintaining guest trust and confidence.

Know when to resolve independently and when to escalate, always keeping the guest experience front and center.

Concierge & Service Support

Provide thoughtful, concierge-style assistance tailored to each guest, including:

Local recommendations (wineries, restaurants, activities)

Assistance with itineraries, transportation coordination, and special requests

Hands-on support during active stays

Anticipate guest needs whenever possible and offer helpful suggestions to enhance their experience.

Represent Destination Willamette with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for the Willamette Valley.

Internal Coordination

Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams regarding guest needs.

Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining guest confidence and calm.

Ensure relevant guest details and updates are shared with the correct departments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1-year of customer service or hospitality experience

Familiarity with (or eagerness to learn) the Willamette Valley

Strong time-management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $22.00 Weekends Required
