Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of our flagship locations in Grand Rapids, creating unforgettable guest experiences while building and developing our hospitality culture. This role oversees 100+ team members and serves as the cornerstone of our operational excellence and service standards. The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional who thrives on creating genuine connections with guests and developing talent within their team.
