Innovative Captive Strategies is seeking an experienced Sr. Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of client events, captive meetings, conferences, and travel programs. This role combines event strategy, logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and onsite event leadership to deliver exceptional experiences for clients and partners.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and client events from start to finish.
  • Manage hotel contracts, room blocks, registration websites, attendee communications, transportation, food & beverage, and event logistics.
  • Build and manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and final reconciliations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for hotels, venues, suppliers, and destination management companies.
  • Lead onsite event operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Identify new venues, destinations, and creative attendee experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of event planning, meeting management, hospitality, travel, or related experience.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and budgeting skills.
  • Experience with Cvent, Canva, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
