Role Overview
Are you someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and creating positive customer experiences? We are expanding our remote team and seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join us as Customer Support Travel Advisor.
In this role, you will assist travelers throughout the vacation planning process by providing guidance, answering questions, coordinating travel details, and helping clients make informed decisions. You'll serve as a trusted resource for travelers exploring everything from beach resorts and cruises to family vacations, destination celebrations, and international journeys.
