Role Overview

The EUC Specialist supports Digital Workplace Services by delivering white glove end user support managing enterprise devices and supporting conference room collaboration technologies The role is centered on TechCafe Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Teams Rooms MTR operating as a hands-on technical engineer not a general helpdesk technician

Primary Skills

  • End User Desktop TechCafe Support
  • Primary onsite support for TechCafe 700 AM400 PM MT
  • Provide L1L2 support and drive issues to resolution
  • Provide onsite technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops laptops printers and other peripherals
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Repair and refurbish defective or damaged hardware components
