Desktop Support / IT Helpdesk

Position Overview

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for end users across a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, audiovisual equipment, and workplace technology issues while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working directly with users of varying technical skill levels and takes pride in creating a positive support experience. This position will serve as a key member of the infrastructure team, supporting daily operations while helping maintain reliable, secure, and efficient technology services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral-related issues.

Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, conferencing technologies, and endpoint devices.

Support conference rooms, executive meetings, and audiovisual technologies.

Manage device deployments, hardware replacements, and employee onboarding/offboarding activities.

Utilize ServiceNow to document, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.

Support Apple and Windows devices within a corporate environment.

Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration technologies.

Maintain accurate asset inventory and technical documentation.

Partner with infrastructure and security teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Participate in on-call support as needed.
