Desktop Support Analyst (Hybrid) | Houston Galleria Area


Our Houston Galleria area client is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst with a maximum of 3-7 years of experience supporting modern desktop technologies in a fast-paced corporate environment. This is a hybrid opportunity supporting end users at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.


Key Requirements


  • 3-7 years of hands-on Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong experience supporting Windows 10 & Windows 11 operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (O365) including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory (AD), Azure AD/Entra ID, user account administration, and group policies
  • Experience with desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral support
  • Knowledge of imaging, software deployment, patching, and endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM/MECM preferred)
  • Experience supporting hybrid and remote users, VPN connectivity, and basic networking concepts
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL-based support processes
  • Executive/VIP support experience is highly preferred
