Financial Reporting Intern (onsite/hybrid)
*Location Notice: AgriBank is currently headquartered in downtown St. Paul. Please be aware that we will be locating to Richfield, MN in September 2026.
Position Overview
As a member of the Financial Reporting Team, you will be part of AgriBank's mission to support the people who feed the world. AgriBank's Financial Reporting team is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings for the Bank and District Associations.
As a Financial Reporting Intern, you will obtain real world experience in preparing, in whole or in part, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Prepare standard management reports on an as needed basis as directed
  • Perform internal report consistency checks
  • Prepare supporting documentation for reporting based on established standards
  • Prepare quantitative inputs for use in financial reporting deliverables
  • Prepare and submit requested information to intradepartmental management, auditors and other third parties
  • Implement changes in desktop instructions and reviews procedures
  • Executes test plans
  • Identifies and recommends projects and process improvements
  • Participates in regulatory research projects or special projects

The position will commence at the beginning of September 2026, with flexibility in the start and finish dates.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current sophomore or junior in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours per week starting September 2026 and 40 hours per week during the Summer months beginning May of 2027.

  • High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and communicate collaboratively with others
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
