Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking an energetic, service-driven Front Desk Supervisor to help lead the guest experience at the Sheraton Suites Columbus/Worthington. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Guest Experience Leadership

  • Lead by example in delivering warm, professional, and efficient guest service
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and confidently
  • Ensure all brand standards and service protocols are consistently met

Team Supervision & Development

  • Supervise front desk associates during assigned shifts
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members
  • Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
  • Foster positive morale and accountability within the team

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and cash handling accuracy
  • Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
  • Support revenue goals through upselling and guest engagement
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies

Administrative Support

  • Assist with reports, audits, and daily shift reconciliation
  • Support onboarding and training of new associates
  • Partner with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager on performance and service initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • 1โ€“3 years of hotel front desk experience (supervisory experience preferred)
