We are seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise front desk staff
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
  • Train new front desk staff on company policies and procedures
