We're not just grooming dogs - we're building a movement for healthier, happier pups and a connected community of dog lovers. We're also not your traditional big-box pet store where grooming is just a service offering. Routine Hygiene and Wellness is at the core of what we do - and we do it in a comfortable, boutique-like atmosphere where you'll feel right at home.
We are the very first Scenthound in Ohio and this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the journey to launch a network of Scenters in the Greater Cleveland area. Owned and operated by local husband and wife entrepreneurs, you'll be treated with care and respect in an environment that promotes bringing your authentic self to work every single day.
We are located at 7041 Aurora Road adjacent to the Four Corners Marketplace in Aurora/Bainbridge Twp.

About the Role
As a Member Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership position. What You'll Do
  • Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine wellness care
  • Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
  • Promote and schedule first-time visits to introduce customers to our services
  • Oversee appointment scheduling working closely with other member associates and the back-of-house operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
  • Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience for pets
