Weekend AM Front Desk Agent

Position: Front Desk Agent Schedule: Saturday & Sunday mornings Employment Type: Part-Time

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Weekend AM Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent guest service in a welcoming hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with a warm, professional attitude

Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently

Answer phone calls, emails, and guest questions

Handle guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and courteously

Process payments and maintain accurate front desk records

Monitor the lobby and maintain a clean, organized front desk area

Communicate important information with housekeeping and other hotel departments

Assist with morning operations and ensure a smooth transition to the next shift

Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment

Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel front desk software

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
