Join a team of 300financing experts who are proud to help our members and clients achieve their dream of buying a home. 🏠You'll be backed by the strength of Quebec's leading mortgage lender to support your business development and receive 100% commission-based pay commensurate with your development. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Develop and maintain a lasting business relationship with market intermediaries such as real estate agencies and brokers and residential real estate developers.

  • Invest in client prospecting.

  • Target and analyze client needs, develop appropriate strategies and prepare mortgage financing offers to meet targeted results.

  • Promote the overall offer, including insurance and cross-selling.

  • Maintain a presence in your area's business community.

  • Comply with the frameworks, practices and various laws governing the distribution of financial products and services.

  • Stay on top of financial services industry news, market trends and best practices in your field.
