Position Summary:
The Marketing Intern will support both the marketing and design teams, contributing to research, reporting, and creative development across ongoing projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to how strategic marketing and thoughtful design work together to shape the homebuyer experience from initial discovery through model home merchandising and community positioning. The program will be in session from June 8 July 31 and based in Irvine, CA.

  • Assist with researching model home merchandising, interior design trends, and community aesthetic positioning in addition to marketing strategies.
  • Support creation of mood boards for model homes or sales environments.

  • Mentorship and regular check-ins with marketing and design team members.

  • Interest in marketing, design, real estate, architecture, or consumer experience within the homebuilding or real estate industry.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Special Projects:
Interns will actively participate in projects within their team and department, contributing to real business initiatives throughout the program. In addition, each intern will be responsible for completing a final project at the end of the internship showcasing their skills, knowledge, and insights they have gained as well as highlighting their contributions to the organization.

Compensation:
