Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Location: Miami, FL (In-Office/Remote)

IPSO Promo is a growing promotional products and branded merchandise company specializing in corporate gifts, custom apparel, company stores, employee onboarding kits, trade show giveaways, and branded marketing solutions. We work with businesses across a variety of industries to create high-quality branded products and memorable customer experiences.

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys graphic design, social media, branding, and creating visually engaging marketing materials that help drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IPSO Promo's social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok).
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
  • Design graphics: social media, internal and promotional flyers
  • Create realistic promotional product mockups featuring client logos.
  • Design professional sales presentations, product catalogs, lookbooks, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Create website banners, email marketing graphics, and digital advertisements.
  • Edit product photos for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop custom presentations and branded merchandise concepts for clients.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
  • Lightly monitor social media performance and recommend ways to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Stay current with design trends, marketing strategies, and social media best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, presentations, social media content, catalogs, and product mockups.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Premiere Pro is a plus).
  • Experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Excellent design skills with a strong eye for typography, layout, and branding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in promotional products, branding, apparel, or B2B marketing is a plus.
