GDG Smiles is a growing cosmetic dental practice specializing in veneers, smile makeovers, and digital dentistry. We are looking for an experienced Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Assist doctors during cosmetic and restorative dental procedures, including veneer and smile makeover cases
  • Provide efficient chairside assistance while maintaining a smooth clinical workflow
  • Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, clinical photographs, and impressions
  • Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
  • Coordinate cases with the dental laboratory
  • Complete accurate patient documentation using CareStack or other dental software
  • Maintain OSHA and infection control standards
  • Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient


Qualifications Required

  • Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) Certification
  • Radiology Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred

  • Cosmetic dentistry experience
  • Experience with digital scanners such as iTero, Medit, or similar systems
