The Axiom Studio is a multidisciplinary team of creatives responsible for delivering extraordinary design solutions for activations, experiences, retail environments, and displays. We work closely with our in-house fabrication facility to bring our designs to life. Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Design Intern with a background in production design to join the creative team at Axiom Custom Products. This person thrives in the details, loves a good InDesign file, and has an interest in retail design. This is an excellent opportunity for a budding designer to dive headfirst into the world of design and fabrication. As a Design Intern, you'll work alongside our talented teams on portfolio-building projects. This position is a full-time, paid, on-site internship at the Axiom Studio. Internship duration is 2-3 months.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in architecture, interior design, graphic design, environmental design, exhibition design, or related field
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage feedback and revisions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Curiosity about materials, fabrication methods, and how things are physically built
