Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window replacement division of the 120-year-old Andersen Corporation, the owner of the most trusted family of window brands in America. RbA was founded to redefine the industry and offer a different and better window replacement experience. As an In-Home Design Consultant with Renewal by Andersen of Alabama, you'll help customers improve the quality of their homes with our premium window and door products and services. Our products improve functionality and the aesthetic of the home along with being energy efficient. You'll be responsible for providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects. We will provide you with paid training, pre-set and pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and excellent supportive company culture. This role is ideal for sales professionals who have a passion and strong ability to connect with others, build genuine rapport and close sales. This position is fully uncapped 1099 commission sales. Our design consultants average between $1,500 - $5,000 per signed agreement. (The average annual income is between $150,000 - $200,000.) WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle
• Pass Our Background Check
• 3+ years of Home Improvement Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management
• Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking
• Experience with Apple products preferred
• A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales

• Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
