Senior Sales-Estimator-Project Management job in Minneapolis, MN This is a permanent, full-time position offering a terrific salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and new potential customers (reputable medium to large general contractors and building owners) Bid on upcoming TI and new construction HVAC projects typically ranging from 100,000 to 1 million Build accurate proposals for Plan-Spec and Design-Build projects Communicate with suppliers to ensure best pricing and timing of materials Coordinate with Superintendent, field and safety team regularly Submit change-order requests, RFI's, and manage project billings for projects Manage projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring we are exceeding state codes and safety requirements Recruit, hire, and train new project engineers and estimators that can grow within our company Requirements: 10+ years of experience selling, estimating, and managing commercial hvac TI and new construction projects Local to St. Paul/Minneapolis area Stable work-history Strong references Preferred: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management Prior field experience in Pipefitting or Sheet Metal.
