Position: Marketing & Design Coordinatorย 

Location:ย 160 S. Badger Ave.,ย Appletonย 

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00/8:30am-5:00pm with flexibility forย lunch breakย 

Whatย Youโ€™llย Do:ย 

  • Create engaging, audience-specific content to drive engagement through digital media, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, our website, and othersย 

  • Maintain and update website content and functionalityย 

  • Design a wide variety of marketing and branding materials related to Youth Development and Youth & Family Services programsย 

  • Create social graphics, web graphics, and other digital materialsย 

  • Coordinate and execute photography needs for the organizationย 

  • Capture video footage through interviews and b-roll footage and produce high quality videosย 

  • Ensure consistency with the Clubโ€™s brand standardsย 

  • Collaboratively draft content for marketing and design materials and bring comprehensive marketing plans to life through designย 

  • Create fundraising related designs for reports, donor materials, newsletters, and fundraising campaignsย 

  • Provide design support for third-party events and fundraisersย 

  • Assistย with special event preparationย and executionย
