Job description

Specialized in Aluminum and Glass Only. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for glazing and façade projects. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards, timely delivery, and compliance with project specifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of procurement experience (preferably in glazing, aluminum, or construction industry).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure materials such as:
    • Architectural glass (tempered, laminated, IGUs)
    • Aluminum profiles & façade systems
    • Hardware & fittings (spiders, brackets, hinges, patch fittings)
    • Sealants, gaskets, silicones, and accessories
  • Identify reliable suppliers and maintain an approved vendor list.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations based on price, quality, delivery time, and technical compliance.

  • Purchase Order Management
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders as per project requirements.
  • Track orders to ensure on-time delivery aligned with project schedules.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and site teams for material receipt.
