P3 Design Build is a fast-growing outdoor construction and landscaping company specializing in design-build projects like patios, retaining walls, decks, neighborhood entrances, and commercial maintenance. We’re a subsidiary of The P3 Companies, known for quality work, strong relationships, and integrity in everything we do.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that plays a key role in helping us deliver top-tier service to our clients. The ideal candidate is reliable, coachable, and able to work in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with installation of landscaping and hardscaping projects (mulch, plants, sod, gravel, etc.)
  • Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other basic landscaping equipment
  • Perform general site clean-up and assist in material handling
  • Follow instructions from the Foreman
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Help load and unload tools and materials daily
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
  • Prior landscaping or construction experience a plus, but not required
