Chapin Furniture is looking for a creative and enthusiastic leader to manage our Interior Design and Sales Team.  Our home base is our 30,000 square foot retail showroom located in Chapin, SC, near Lake Murray, just outside the state capital of Columbia.  Founded in 2002, we have established ourselves as one of the premier providers of interior design and home furnishings in our region.  Chapin was recently ranked as one of the top ten lake communities in the Southeastern United States by Southern Living, and is a major destination for relocation, providing many opportunities for design and home furnishings service.

We are a family owned business, and the owners are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the store, but require our store manager to provide the primary leadership for our team.  The nature of our business includes retail sales of home furnishings, mattresses, rugs, home decor, and interior design services.  A good understanding of these elements, as well as the skills to lead and encourage our team to provide our customers these services with excellence is needed.  Training and/or previous management experience in our industry required.

Our sales manager must also be able to embrace our core values, and help lead our team in fulfilling these core values in the with each other in the workplace, and with our customers.  These five core values are based on Biblical Principles and Family Values, and are as follows:
