What is a deposition summary?

Deposition summaries are concise, organized overviews of deposition transcripts prepared for attorneys and legal teams. They highlight the most important points, testimony, and facts from lengthy depositions, making it easier to review and reference key information quickly. These summaries are essential tools in litigation, helping with case preparation, motion drafting, and trial strategy. They save time and improve efficiency by allowing legal professionals to focus on relevant details without reading entire transcripts.
