Responsibilities
The Deposit Products Manager supports the execution and management of the Community Bank's deposit product strategy across personal and business banking segments. Reporting to the Director of Deposit Products, this role leads product initiatives, supports pricing and portfolio performance activities, and helps ensure deposit products are effectively developed, implemented, maintained, promoted, and compliant in the bank's regulatory framework.
This highly collaborative role works closely with Treasury, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and other Product & Digital teams to drive deposit growth, strengthen client relationships, and support business performance.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $60,000/yr - $121,300/yr plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
Key Accountabilities
Product Development and Execution
  • Supports execution of the Community Bank deposit product roadmap, including product enhancements, pricing initiatives, and new product launches.
  • Leads implementation of high-priority deposit product initiatives, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Manages product governance activities, including testing, documentation, disclosures, compliance requirements, and ongoing product maintenance.
  • Partners across Product, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Treasury to support successful product execution and ongoing management.

Product Promotion
  • Partners with Marketing to support deposit growth, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborates with Sales Enablement and Learning & Development to ensure effective communication, training, and adoption of product and pricing changes.
  • Supports cross-functional initiatives designed to enhance product engagement.

Product Performance
  • Monitors deposit product performance, competitive positioning, and portfolio trends using internal reporting and external market data, including Curinos.
  • Prepares business cases, analyses and recommendations to support pricing decisions, product enhancements, and portfolio growth strategies.
  • Maintains product reporting, performance dashboards, and project tracking to support decision-making and execution.
