Job Summary

As a Senior Product Associate within the Deposits 2.0 Product Acceleration team, you will support product strategy, execution, and optimization initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and product performance. Working closely with Product Managers, Marketing, Analytics, Digital, and Technology partners, you will leverage customer insights, performance data, and market research to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional efforts, supporting product launches, measuring business outcomes, and ensuring successful execution of customer-focused solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product Managers to support the development and execution of product growth strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct customer, competitive, and market research to identify opportunities that inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Support the creation and management of product roadmaps, business requirements, user stories, and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze product, campaign, and customer performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Digital, Technology, and Operations teams to support delivery of product initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of business cases, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support campaign planning and execution by coordinating timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor and maintain KPI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting to track product and marketing performance.
  • Gather and document business requirements, customer feedback, and operational considerations to support product enhancements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the prioritization and management of product backlogs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance product performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, marketing, retail banking, consulting, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of the product development lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, and delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
  • Experience analyzing business, customer, or performance data to support decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and related productivity tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while maintaining strong partnership across teams.

  • Experience within consumer banking, deposits, payments, or financial services.
