ensuring their IT infrastructure operates seamlessly and efficiently.
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our
deployment operations in the NAMER region. The successful candidate will be responsible for
overseeing all deployment opportunities, driving process improvement efforts, and ensuring
compliance with industry standards. Additionally, this role will involve developing strategies to
measure and enhance operational success, as well as fostering engagement among our
technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead all deployment opportunities within the NAMER region, ensuring timely and
efficient execution.
โ€ข Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance deployment workflows and increase
operational efficiency.
โ€ข Conduct value stream mapping exercises to identify areas for optimization and
streamlining of processes.
โ€ข Revise and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect current best
practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
โ€ข Document and share best practices across all regions, facilitating knowledge sharing
and consistency in operations.
โ€ข Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of process improvement
efforts and operational performance.
โ€ข Conduct regular audits of deployment sites to ensure compliance with established
standards and procedures.
โ€ข Create engagement strategies for technical teams, providing incentives and
recognition for meeting and exceeding SLAs/KPIs.
โ€ข Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager and other stakeholders to align
operations with company objectives and priorities.
โ€ข Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of deployment supervisors and project
coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:
โ€ข Proven experience in operations management, preferably in an IT deployment or field
services environment.
โ€ข Minimum of 1 year of experience in a deployment leadership role.
โ€ข Strong understanding of IT deployment processes and best practices.
โ€ข Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma.
โ€ข Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
โ€ข Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
โ€ข Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
