Description

JOB DUTIES

• Replacing Mac Issues Apple phones and iPads at the various sites in the Twin Cities Metro area

• Installing and configuring software, including reinstallation of licensed applications on replacement devices.

• Enroll phones in JAMF MDM and assist with issues with syncing

• Assist customers with backing up their data to the cloud and syncing back to replacement devices.

• Supporting Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations using a combination of SCCM and Autopatch as needed.

• Troubleshooting login issues, driver problems, and peripheral malfunctions using tools like Dell Command Update, Windows Update, and manual driver installs.

• Assisting customers in navigating the basics of their new devices be it Apple or Windows based on current OS.

• Updating asset records in ServiceNow and helping to retire old equipment from our systems.

• Following documented processes and offering suggestions when you see room for improvement.

• Supporting Operational and Capital project rollouts and refresh efforts across all locations.

• Installing large format displays, headless computer systems, or automation systems in Airline or passenger-facing environments

• Partnering with the IT team, Airside, Landside, and Public Safety departments to deploy standard hardware configurations for Operating or Capital efforts.

• Other duties as required by the Supervisor, Project Leader, or Client Services Analyst.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
