Job description


At Bluu, we are a leading provider of innovative Point of Sale (POS) solutions, dedicated to enhancing the retail and hospitality industries. 

The Deployment Supervisor will be responsible for optimizing workflows, managing inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate should be highly attentive to detail, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable with repeated standing, sitting, and lifting tasks.

Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with safety protocols are preferred but optional.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all applications are processed in a timely manner and all information is accurately entered in ERP and CRP.
  • Ensure accuracy of monthly billing and reconcile what we should be debiting and what Accounting side is debited
  • Oversees respond to daily service requests for POS rental, POS services and related equipment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reviews HQ and other branch offices’ work orders and equipment releases.
  • Oversees inventory count accuracy (digital and physical counting)
  • Oversees return process of both UMS and UPOS products and services and charges for no return and equipment needs to be repaired.
  • Coordinates with Intra-department, sales partners, and merchants regarding discrepancies and errors in the POS system and services process.
  • Trains new members and provides ongoing training
  • Prepare and submit various weekly and monthly reports to the manager.
  • Ensure department members complete various assigned daily/monthly routine tasks complying with department/company policies and procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory management systems is preferred
