Job description

As the Visual Deployment Supervisor, you'll be responsible for day-to-day management and execution of a team of visual deployment specialists. Your projects will take place across Best Buy retail and distribution center locations In this role, you'll help maintain consistency, efficiency and quality of work completed by employees and third-party partners through inspection and validation.
What you'll do
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple assigned projects including scheduling, upholding merchandising standards, managing expenses and following safety guidelines
  • Manage direct reports including interviewing, hiring, corrective action and performance development
  • Conduct regular reviews with technicians and drive employee development to close performance gaps
  • Ensures specialists are using approved tools in a safe manner and following all safety guidelines
  • Maintain clean, professional and safe workspaces
  • Develop and maintain pertinent partnerships in support of driving business results
Basic qualifications
  • 6 months of consumer electronics or retail experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the year
  • Eligibility to maintain a Best Buy corporate travel card in good standing
Preferred qualifications
  • 1 year of experience as a leader in business, military or other fields.
  • 2 years of experience in merchandising, media or functionality.
