Job description

Mitchell Selig Ford is looking for a road warrior!ย  - Someone who enjoys driving!ย  - A service and parts department driver position is available and we are looking for an immediate filling!ย ย 

This is a Full Time Position -- Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm with an hour lunch each day

This position interacts daily with theย Administrative Assistants,ย Managers, Customers, Vendors and part warehouses just to name a few. Some of the responsibilities and job requirements are as follows...

- Deliver automotive parts & equipment to customers, satellite stores and vendors.

- Pick up & Drop off customers

- Exchange Vehicles (Dealership to Dealership/Auction)

- Pick up and Delivery vehicles to customers house or place of business


- Leading yourself and the team in a way that supports our Company Vision and Mission
Inspect vehicles for stains, debris and damages before returning the vehicle to the dealership, and report any damage immediately
Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles and goods to their destined locations

- Deliver important documents to our main office in Simsbury, CT and back to us here at the dealership as required

- Daily trash runs to the back of the building

- Keeping wheel weights in stock for the service department


Job Requirements:Skills/Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles helpful
Demonstrated customer service skills
Must have a valid driverโ€™s license
Ability to operate an automobile
