Job description

About the Position
Ragle Dental Laboratory is seeking an experienced Denture Technician to join our established dental laboratory in Champaign, Illinois. This role focuses on producing high-quality traditional and digital dentures in a professional lab environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate complete and partial dentures
  • Tooth setup, waxing, processing, finishing, and polishing
  • Perform denture repairs, relines, and adjustments
  • Work with digital denture workflows, including CAD/CAM cases
  • Ensure accuracy, fit, function, and esthetics
  • Follow case prescriptions and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with dentists and internal lab staff

Requirements
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of denture technician experience preferred
  • Strong experience with full and partial dentures
  • Experience with digital dentures (CAD/CAM) preferred
  • CDT certification preferred but not required
  • Solid understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and esthetics
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality focused
