Senior Removable Dental TechnicianCompany Overview

Avaneer Dental Lab is a full-service dental laboratory known for combining traditional craftsmanship with modern digital technology to support dental practices with high-quality restorative and prosthetic products.  With locations in Warren, MI and Lakeland, FL, Avaneer Dental Lab successfully serves Dental practices with a wide range of dental lab solutions.

Position Summary

The Avaneer Dental Lab Denture Technician will specialize in making dentures from start to finish including setting teeth, waxing, acrylic processing and post processing functions within the removable department.  This role is crucial in ensuring that all dentures meet the highest standards of fit, function and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process full and partial dentures using heat-cured, cold-cured, and injection-molded acrylics
  • Perform flasking, investing, and boil-out procedures
  • Pack and cure dentures while maintaining proper handling techniques
  • Set teeth for complete and partial dentures
  • Trim, finish, polish dentures to achieve optimal comfort, esthetics, and durability
  • Perform Post-Processing procedures including but not limited to the following
  • Remove and clean processed dentures from molds
  • Fine-tune and adjust occlusion as necessary for proper fit
  • Apply staining, characterizing and polishing
  • Conduct quality control checks on finished product
  • Work closely with removable team to make necessary adjustments as needed
  • Stay updated with industry advancements and processing techniques
  • Assist with training junior technicians when necessary
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in setting teeth, denture processing, acrylic work, or related dental lab experience
  • Strong knowledge of acrylic materials, flasking, packing and polishing techniques
  • Strong attention to detail assuring good craftsmanship and minimal errors
  • Experience with 3D printed denture workflows is a plus, but not required.
  • Highly motivated, selfdriven, and resultsoriented with strong accountability and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
