Dental Laboratory Technician (Full Denture Technician) - Full-Time
Join Our Dental Lab Team - $5000.00 sign on bonus!
We are seeking a skilled Dental Laboratory Technician with experience in full and partial denture fabrication to join our growing dental laboratory. If you have hands-on experience creating high-quality dentures from start to finish and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with consistent daytime hours and opportunities to expand your skills through cross-training and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Dental Laboratory Technician, you will:
  • Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
  • Set denture teeth, wax cases, bend wire, finish, and process dentures.
  • Complete denture relines, repairs, occlusal rims, and custom trays.
  • Produce high-quality dental prosthetics while meeting production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate, timely case completion.
  • Cross-train in multiple areas of the dental laboratory.
  • Periodically serve as the Associate Lab Manager in the manager's absence.
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and laboratory protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Dental Lab Technician, Denture Technician, or Dental Laboratory Technician.
  • Demonstrated experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.
  • Ability to successfully complete a hands-on bench assessment.
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Same-day denture experience is a plus, but not required.
