Job Description

Manage and optimize the daily patient schedule, ensuring efficient appointment flow and minimizing wait times.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, handling inquiries, check-in, and check-out procedures with professionalism and warmth.
Coordinate all financial arrangements, including verifying insurance benefits, processing claims, and collecting patient payments.
Oversee and maintain accurate patient records, adhering to HIPAA and practice confidentiality guidelines.
Facilitate effective communication between the administrative team, clinical staff, and management.
Manage inventory for office supplies and materials.
Utilize dental software (e.g., Dentrix) for treatment planning presentation and financial tracking.
Assist in training new administrative staff members as needed.

Salary Range

Part-time $32 - $35 per hour

Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, then 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, then 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Requirements
