Requirement:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a dental business assistant / front desk
We prefer:
  • Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend
  • Fluent in Spanish
Responsibilities:
  • Lead our team
  • Be completely familiar with all the duties of our front desk Business Assistants
  • Morning huddles with staff and dentist
  • Monitor weekly office metrics
  • Weekly team schedule
  • Interviewing, Hiring and monitoring staff's training
  • Enforce company policies
  • Managing Scheduling & keeping schedule busy
  • Checking patients in/out
  • Verifying insurance
  • Treatment Planning
  • Asking patients for referrals
